1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the gn55 platform, whether they are registered members or not. Visiting the gn55 website, opening an account, playing games, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or using any service means you fully agree to these Terms.

1.2 Right to Modify Terms

All transactions on gn55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Depositing or withdrawing in foreign currency is not possible.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at gn55, you will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• A bonus can only be received once per account.
• gn55 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash; they can only be used in games.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

gn55 is committed to ensuring fair and honest gameplay across all games. Any form of cheating, manipulation, software exploits, or bot use is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed.

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or interruption, gn55 will resolve it through reasonable efforts. However, in situations where an abnormal amount is won or lost due to a software error, gn55 reserves the right to cancel or correct the transaction.
